Corus Entertainment contracted me to create an animated short featuring Jinx, a character from a game series I had created for YTV.com years before. Their website users were clamouring for a third instalment of the Jinx Series, and my client wanted to give them some stopgap content to act as a sort of teaser. I submitted a script idea which was quickly approved, and from that I produced a 1-minute animated short. As the Jinx character had never uttered any spoken dialogue before, all dialogue was handled with subtitles.
